What this means is that, if you request information, place an order, or enter a contest on this site, you'll receive a response from us, not from anyone else. We don't share (or sell) our mailing list with anyone else, so you won't start getting unsolicited emails (spam) from someone you never heard of as a result of giving us your e-mail address.

We will not call, fax, mail, or e-mail you without your permission. Of course, we'll contact you in response to an inquiry or to discuss an order you place with us. In addition, we maintain a mailing list of customers, potential customers, and other interested parties and we may occasionally send an electronic newsletter and other messages to addresses on that list. However, we won't add your address to that list unless you specifically request it by checking an "opt in" box on a contest form, order form, or elsewhere. If you ever decide that you don't want to remain on our mailing list, you need only contact us by mail, phone, or e-mail (info@oatesflag.com) to request removal from our database. We pledge to remove your address as quickly as practical. Any messages sent out to the entire mailing list will include instructions for removal from the list.

If you place a order with us, we'll request certain personal information from you that we need to process and deliver your order. In the course of processing your order, we may share some of that information with our business partners and subcontractors, but only to the extent necessary to deliver your order. For example, we may need to share your credit card information with the bank that processes your payment, and share your shipping address with the shipper that delivers your order.

Our site uses cookies (small text files stored on your system and accessible by our server via your browser). We use cookies to support features and conveniences (such as a shopping cart) for our visitors, and nothing else. Our server (like most Web servers) does record the IP addresses of visitors and the pages delivered to those IP addresses in server logs. We do not have a system in place that links those server logs to specific individuals. We use aggregated information from the server logs to analyze usage patterns and thus help improve our site, not to spy on the viewing patterns of any individual visitor.

We do not solicit (or knowingly accept) personal information from children. If you are under the age of 18, you should not enter a contest or place an order on this site. If you are under age, please have your parent or other responsible adult enter or order for you.

We may provide certain aggregated information about our site visitors to various business partners and/or advertisers. This information will be restricted to information such as the total number of visitors and the days and times that the visits occur. We will not release personally identifiable information about specific individuals to third parties. The only exception to this policy will be to cooperate with duly constituted authorities and/or business partners and service providers in the investigation of illegal activity, computer security violations, or other abuses of the computer systems supporting this site.
